What a UAP report can confirm—and what it cannot
An official report can confirm that an observation was recorded without proving the extraordinary explanation attached to it.
Public UAP records can document a time, location, witness account, sensor reading, or investigation. That is meaningful evidence that an incident was reported and reviewed.
The same record may leave the cause unresolved because data is incomplete, classified, low quality, or consistent with several possibilities. “Unidentified” means the available information did not produce a confident identification; it does not automatically mean extraterrestrial.
